Barcelona based pop outfit The Gurus first worldwide release for Rainbow Quartz, is an expansion of the original version of this release (a mini-album on the very cool Spanish label, Bip Bip). The album is brimming over with Revolver-esque psychedelia, power-pop, and pure guitar jangle that evokes label-mates Cotton Mather and Telepathic Butterflies, while bringing to mind a diverse pallet of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Firefall, Little River Band and even, Oasis.
