David Zollo: The Big Night
"The Big Night" is Trailer Records founder David Zollo's third solo effort following the demise of his previous group, the midwestern barroom legends, High and Lonesome. Zollo is joined by his touring band, The Body Electric, as well as longtime collaborator Bo Ramsey (Lucinda Williams, Greg Brown). "The Big Night" marks a return stylistically to the Faces/Stones-inspired boogie that made High and Lonesome such a large draw around the central U.S. in the early-90's.
