"A Certain Evening Light" collects together on one CD all the songs which Trembling Blue Stars have recorded since their inception in 1996 but which have never appeared on any of the band's albums or, in some cases, on CD at all. Mostly, this means tracks which have appeared as "b-sides" but are no longer in print. This compilation is meant to redress this situation for Trembling Blue Stars fans.
