My Tidy Doily Dream is the seventh release from Canton, OH based Marti Jones. This all-new release features conrtibutions from her husband and collaborator Don Dixon (known for work with R.E.M. and The Smithereens, among many others), along with songs cowritten by Marti and Kelly Ryan (Astropuppies) and Richard Barone (The Bongos), both of whom also appear on My Tidy Doily Dream. Showcasing Jones' established skills as a pop interpreter, singer-songwriter and rhythm guitarist, Jones will follow up with touring through 2002. Previous releases on A&m, RCA and Sugar Hill scanned up to 5000, with past priority markets including DC/Baltimore, NYC, LA, Raleigh-Durham, Cleveland/Akron/Canton, Charlotte and Nashville.
