Sloan to release Never Hear The End of It on new US home, Yep Roc Records!

One of the most successful Canadian bands of the last fifteen years, SLOAN returns to the world stage with Never Hear the End of It, due for a Jan 9th release on new US label, Yep Roc Records. A pop behemoth, Never Hear the End of It clocks in at no less than thirty tracks long.

Self-produced at Sloan's own studio, Never Hear the End of It is at once lush and familiar, conjuring
the AM pop majesty of the 1970's throughout its expansive track list. Already setting records in Canada (the lead off single, "Who Taught You to Live Like That," recorded the highest number of first week downloads in iTunes history), Never Hear the End of It is filled with slice after slice of rock perfection. From the opening rush of "Flying High Again" through unforgettable pop gems like "Listen to the Radio" and "I've Gotta Try," this album stands as a testament to the democratic artistry of a band made up of four equally talented singer songwriters.

Following the successes of such albums as Twice Removed (named "Best Canadian Record of All Time" by Chart! Magazine), One Chord to Another, Between the Bridges (recently inducted into The Onion's AV Club Hall of Fame), and 2005's career retrospective A Sides Win: Singles 1992 -- 2005, Never Hear the End of It is one of Sloan's strongest releases to date (and that's saying something for a band
with this many great albums).

Continually touring, most recently even playing a handful of shows with The Rolling Stones, Sloan has not only managed to share songwriting duties between all members for a decade and a half, they've also never had a change in line-up -- a feat in and of itself for almost any band in this day and age. What's more impressive, though, is Sloan's consistently spectacular songwriting, on supply in seemingly endless amounts on Never Hear the End of It.
