Regan (pronounced "ray-gun") started her musical career at the age of 14 as the lead singer of a popular Virginia band, based out of Richmond. As her musical talents evolved, she began reaching thousands of people with her own intoxicating original music.  Even though she has been compared to the likes of Sheryl Crow, Edie Brickell, Rickie Lee Jones, and even Bjork, her acclaimed unique voice and incredible blend of rock, pop, and acoustic groove along with clever, and sometimes heart-wrenching lyrics, easily make her stand out on her own.

She has worked with the likes of David Lowery and Cracker, John Alagia (producer; Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer), Jeff Juliano (producer; Vertical Horizon, Bruce Hornsby, DMB), members of Agents Of Good Roots,  Fighting Gravity,  Pat McGee Band, and Bruce Hornsby's Band, among other established artists.

She has shared the bill with Everything,  Freedy Johnston,  Blind Melon, members of P-Funk, Chris Barron (Spin Doctors),  Kevn Kinney (Drivin N Cryin),  Chantal Kreviazuk (Sony), Melissa Ferrick, The Judybats, Jimmie's Chicken Shack,  Eddie From Ohio,  Jill Sobule,  Shana Morrison (Van Morisson's daughter),  Ben Folds (Ben Folds Five), and countless others.

Her debut solo recording, "First Breath" (produced by Regan) was released in late September 2000. "First Breath" stayed in the No. 1 Top Selling CD (Pop/Rock) spot on MP3.com for over 12 weeks as well as reaching No.1 over the entire site numerous times.

Regan's second CD, Coming Or Going?, (released July 2002), combines incredibly strong songwriting, clever lyrics, and intense performances by some of the East Coast's most sought after musicians.  This, along with national distribution through Red Eye Distribution has further proven Regan's undeniable talent and has helped increase her exposure across the country.  Coming Or Going? was produced in part by Wayne Pooley & Doug Derryberry (both of Bruce Hornsby), Stewart Myers and features members of Agents Of Good Roots, Bruce Hornsby Band, as well as Butch Taylor (Dave Matthews Band touring keyboardist).

In 2001, Regan sang and recorded Richmond, VA's new Theme Song, "Easy To Love" along with American Music Award Winners, Carbon Leaf.

Regan is known for her outstanding live performances. Her unique voice and songwriting skills are unmatched, and have earned the respect of those around her, which has allowed her to become a mainstay in the Mid Atlantic region.  You may see her touring either solo, duo with renowned guitarist Andrew Winn (Agents of Good Roots), or varied versions of back up bands whose members include: Robby Sinclair (drums), Curtis Fye (stand up & electric bass), Daniel Clarke (keys), & JC Kuhl (sax).
