Steel Cage Records is a Philadelphia-based independent label dedicated
to releasing records by the cream o' the crop of new and not-so-new
rock, punk, blues and garage bands from around the globe and our own
backyard. The label was formed in 2000 by Leslie Goldman and Larry Kay,
publishers of Carbon 14 Magazine, a bi-annual journal of art, film, music, smut and wrestling.


Artists are Steel Cage include: Antiseen, The Leaving Trains, The Earaches and Jeff Dahl among others. The first new releases for Steel Cage with Redeye will be the new Earaches release on May 3rd, The Blair Bitch Project (features former members of Betty Blowtorch) on May 17th and The Bad Vibes on June 14th.
