Dear Friends, Hey! Remember us? The Trouble With Sweeney! Oh, yes, yes, you remember: when last seen in these parts we were carousing with Howard Dean, mangling The Velvet Underground's Loaded, and scamming free drinks left and right. Since you last saw us, we've grown our hairs out, had them cut, written some new tunes, and more than all of this, well, we've changed.

As some of you may have heard, Richard "Stu" Stuverud departed the fold at the end of the summer. (Joined the rock group White Light Motorcade, and we wish him well.) But I know, I know, what you're thinking: Another drummer gone? Why, how can they go on? Surely this must be a Job-like test of the human spirit; anyone could be forgiven for packing it in entirely. After all, somewhere out there, there's babies to be had, TPS reports to be made, soccer to be mommed. Well, that's what we were thinking for a hot minute back there. And then we met this kid named Charlie Hall. Before he could even unpack after his move from San Francisco, we scooped him up -- and we couldn't be happier. Come and introduce yourself to Charlie at his first gigs with the group. They are all sure to be a great time.
