Thea Gilmore has music in her blood. Born in 1979 Anglo-Irish Gilmore was raised with a strict musical diet of some of the true greats. Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell and The Beatles resounded through her house in Oxfordshire and seeped into the brain of a young kid already tapping away at a keyboard writing poetry. Music began to color her life, and soon the tapping turned into strumming on an old guitar picking out classic Paul Simon and even some Jake Thackeray numbers to sing.
